2> All communication details will be archived for the quality purpose.

3> The charges of all website and app development projects are declared only after the mutual agreement between Webapps Solutions and clients.

4> The number of changes during design and development processes are chargable if the changes are out of the initial project scope.

5> Webapps Solutions is not responsible for the unavailability or the damage of the website due to the misconduct from the client.

6> Damage of the site due to the natural disaster, virus attack, hacking, mishandling of the system and hardware and software failures which are beyond our reach is not covered by Webapps Solutions.

7> If delay in payment as per terms, project delivery will delay too.

8> If client discontinue the project after initial payment, payment will not be refunded.

9> If client delay or defer project project cost will increase after mutual discussion.
